Nadine has always been captivated by the creation of images. Anything that combines movement with expression, texture and personality fascinates her.

The equine form in particular combines both muscular strength and power with an inherent gentleness and fragility. She strives to use a multitude of materials in her work to capture these attributes ranging from paints and varnishes through to clay, metal and recycled materials, in both 2D and 3D.

Nadine lives in the Hampshire countryside with her husband, two daughters, horses, alpacas and dog. Her passion for horses and relationship with animals inspires her need to communicate their beauty and character. She is keen to recycle materials and uses elements from the subject to create atmosphere and shape in her work. Distressing materials to create depth and texture also play a large part in her technique.

I started by business, Eternal Blooms by Victoria in 2016.  Although I trained as a florist many years ago, I then went on to have a family and only used my skills as a lovely hobby.

The business has just grown organically, with friends asking me to make them something special for their homes and then I started hiring out my designs to corporate businesses on a monthly, bimonthly arrangement.  This led onto making larger designs to hire for weddings and events.  I have also really enjoyed making up bridal bouquets as well which is becoming more and more popular with those who hate to throw away their fresh flowers and want to keep their bouquets for the years to come!

My studio is based in Kilmeston, Alresford at my house which is fabulous as I love working from home.  The studio is filled to the brim with the finest artificial blooms and foliage and specially sourced vases with stylish interiors and event in mind.

My love for gardening and gardening design from a very early age has inspired my love for flower arranging as I wanted to bring the flowers I had grown into my house and make them look as spectacular as I could!
